Terms And Conditions

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you decide to return or exchange the item, it should be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt – Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:

Earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons unless faulty.

We do not accept final sale items

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us.

Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets/packaging attached and items that have never been worn or used.

FAULTY ITEMS:

If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately as you discover the fault.

Once we have received the item we will repair, exchange or refund the item, at our discretion, within 5 days of receipt.

If the item is faulty we will refund you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.

It can be assured that any information you provide will be kept confidential, and not shared with any third party.

However, in the unlikely case of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise ​its legal authority to inspect our logs and records.

PAYMENT:

All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage costs, via credit card. Only one payment transaction ​can be made per order.

Prices listed on the website are all represented in $NZD and will be charged in $NZD to your credit card.

The payment system utilized by Card Pixi Creations is via Stripe payments. This means there is no need for us to record your credit card details, as this is a secure gateway for online payment.

SALE ITEMS

If a product is faulty we will do our best to fix it or replace it. In the case of receiving a faulty sales item, returns will be handled in the same manner as for non-sale items.

The lower price has no effect on shipping costs and the table as illustrated in the section ‘Shipping’ will apply.

We will process and dispatch your order within 48 hours.

NEW ZEALAND

Standard Shipping Within New Zealand – (2-5 Working days from dispatch)

Purchase over $100 NZD or more in one transaction – Free Shipping

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not take responsibility for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.

There may be a delay of up to 2-7 business days during peak periods.

If purchased over the weekends or public holidays, it will be processed on the first day of the working day (It may take up to 48 hours)

Regarding the estimated delivery, we cannot guarantee your item will arrive in this timeframe.

We are not able to deliver to Post Office boxes or private boxes.

Rural delivery may result in an extra 2 working days of transit time from the standard time frame.

We do not take responsibility for any extra charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receiver’s end.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a free Click and Collect service for online orders. Select ‘Click and Collect’ at the checkout when confirming your order online and we will arrange for it to be ready, We are located in Tawa, Wellington.

for you to collect in-store the following business day.
