This plan comes with all the features our free plan has AND all the features to ease your process as well as boost your business.

Features below in our iconic yellow are features only Royal Bees get!

  • Your seller dashboard offers you many stats; most viewed products, top selling products, sales analytics and more.
  • Access and set up your own shipping; you decide where in the world you send to and at what cost
  • As well as shipping, you have full control over the orders your business receives; the payments of orders go straight to your Stripe account** and you can communicate directly with your customer regarding the order.
  • Customers are able to leave reviews about your products AND your business directly on the website – this is monitored by our admin team.
  • As mentioned above; this is our PRIME plan; you pay a fee for the plan – HOWEVER – you do not pay any other fees.*
  • Your logo will be added to the home page and linked to your store page.
  • Your business will be added to the ‘Seller List’ on our website. This will link to your store page.
  • Your business will be marked as ‘featured’, visible to our shopping customers
  • You will have the ability to write your ‘about’ section as well as add your own banner to your store page
  • From your dashboard you can link up to your social media.
  • Your store page will show all your active product listings.
  • There is no limit to the amount of listings you can add to your store.
  • You have the ability to add simple products and/or digital/downloadable products.
  • You can add AUCTION listings to your store
  • Unlike other platforms, we do not charge a listing fee, no extra fees to add categories (you can add up to 5 per product) or fees for extra images and because your listing stays live for as long as YOU want, there is no re-listing fee either.
  • Create your own custom options to your listings, even add a text box – perfect if you custom make products – no extra fees!!
  • You have to ability to list your products AND edit them whenever you want. Your products AND edits will go live instantly.
  • This plan comes with 4 FREE featured listings, simply feature it for free for 21 days from your products list in your vendor dashboard. Featured listings appear on the home page (subject to timing and demand) and appear at the top of their categories
  • Want to buy extra featured listings? Do so easily from your products list in your vendor dashboard.
  • Your business and products will get regular shout outs on The Hive’s social media.
  • At least 2 of your products will be added to The Hive’s social media stores on Pinterest and Google
  • Change to any of our other Royal Bee plans OR our FREE Bumble Bee plan easily from your vendor dashboard.

 

*A Stripe fee applies to all orders.

**in the event your Hive store is not connected to YOUR Stripe account, any order payments will go directly to The Hive NZ in which case an ADMIN fee of $5 per order, in addition to Stripe fees, is applied by The Hive NZ.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Hive NZ.

When shopping on our marketplace, you purchase directly from small kiwi businesses using our platform (see our Terms and Conditions). 

Please note that the below policy is what we will expect from our vendors – they are however able to edit and publish their own Returns and Refund policy on their store page. 

A vendor’s policy will always supercede the below.

Returns

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.

Refunds

Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.

Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.

They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.

If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe. 

If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
