Description

Scientific research and clinical evidence shows:

  • Bovine collagen supports flexibility and mobility; improves the condition of skin, hair, and nails; and enhances digestive health.
  • Green-lipped mussel powder is anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic; improves mobility; helps manage weight; and enhances overall health and vitality.
  • Wild fish roe powder is a rich source of anti-inflammatory omega 3s; supports mobility; improves the condition of skin, hair, and nails; enhances cognitive health; and enhances overall health and vitality.

Directions:

Initially mix half a scoop into wet food or sprinkle on dry food. Then gradually increase the amount up to the recommended dosage. Use as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your veterinarian.

Recommended Daily Dosage:

  • Cats under 4 kg: 1 scoop (0.5g)
  • Cats over 4 kg: 2 scoops (1 g)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cheryl@zestpawlife.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, opened, or used items. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

Allergies or Reactions
All ingredients are listed on each product page. If your pet has known sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredients carefully before ordering. We do not offer refunds for adverse reactions unless a product fault is identified.

Return Shipping
In cases where a return is accepted, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (if applicable) and confirm eligibility, your refund will be processed within 5 working days via your original payment method.

Returns

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.

Refunds

Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.

Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.

They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.

If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.

If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
