Please note that as a vendor on on The Hive NZ you are considered an independent seller and are permitted to list your own products on the platform. The Hive NZ does not claim ownership of any products listed by our vendors and is not responsible for ensuring that items are listed with the appropriate legal permissions.
It is the sole responsibility of you as the vendor, to ensure that your products comply with all relevant laws, including but not limited to the use of licensed or trademarked materials.
For example, listing items made from Disney-branded fabrics without authorization from The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates is not permitted under intellectual property law and it is solely your responsibility as a vendor to comply.
By using our platform, as a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If a visitor to our site believes a listing violates any legal rights, they are sent to you – the vendor – first. IF they so not see compliance or the result they are after, we are able to intervene and will always prioritise a cautious course.
