Terms And Conditions

When placing an order, it is taken that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, so please take a moment to read them.

 

Custom or personalised items

With custom pieces – whether it’s a candle, a onesie, or an item in your own choice of fabric, it is all hand crafted by me and as such takes time.

Sometimes when a certain colour is out of stock, or I need to order in your specific fabric there ca be delays in getting your product out to you.  I will always communicate anticipated timeframes with you.

My standard turnaround time is 10 working days, this doesn’t include shipping.  Most of the time items are sent well before the 10 days are up.  I also keep you updated when items are being processed and when they have been shipped.

If your order is urgent or you need your order by a certain date, please let me know.  Often I can do rush orders if you tell me.

Payment

Payment is accepted via Stripe (debit or credit cards).

Holiday Seasons

During certain times of the year, especially peak holiday season I am busier than others.  Please allow for this when waiting for replies to messages.  The close off for orders will be advised on social media channels.

Stock

I attempt to keep stock on hand of every popular design, however if you are requiring something that I don’t use a lot of, or a one-off piece, this may have to be ordered in which can take 2-3 weeks to arrive.  I will let you know if this happens.

Returns

As your order has been made just for you, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.  The only exception is if I have made a mistake, or the goods are faulty.  Please check all your spelling, dates etc. when placing an order.  If something doesn’t look right on your order I will check with you.

If I have made a mistake on your order, you may return it and I will remake the item at no cost to you.  Any items that are faulty will be replaced or refunded.  No refunds or returns for ‘change of mind’.

Changes

Any changes requested after the status has changed to processing will incur a $20 fee.  Changes made to a custom design are accepted until the design has been confirmed by you.

Shipping

Shipping is via courier, economy (or standard) post and rates can change at any time.

Wicket Craft takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged items and delays once they have left our care.  However all items sent by courier are covered by their insurance should they be lost or damaged and a claim can be made.

Images

All orders are photographed before posting.  Images are the property of Wicket Craft and may be published onto Wicket Craft social media pages.  If I am made aware that the order is a gift, I will wait until after the event before posting any images.  If you would prefer that I do not use your order on my social media, please let me know.

Privacy

Wicket Craft will not share your details to any other party without your express permission.  Information collected is for the sole purpose of your order and will not be used for any other purpose.

I am happy for you to tag yourself in the images relating to your order/s on social media, or share them on your own social media pages.  They cannot be cropped or any identifying marks removed and Wicket Craft must be credited.
