Shipping Policy

Any stock on hand orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Please note large orders/bulk orders will take longer to process.

We ship with NZ Post so delivery times depend on their standard delivery times.

All items will include a tracking number which will be sent as soon as the package is on its way to you.

There is free shipping for orders over $70.

We also offer free pick up from Upper Hutt, or we deliver most weekends to the Wellington region for free.

Print Material and Colours

We primarily use PLA for our 3D Printing. PLA is a type of biodegradable material made from starch raw materials extracted from renewable plant resources.

We have over 40 colours to choose from, not all colours are available for all prints. For example we don’t offer rainbow on small prints as there won’t be a colour change effect.

If for some reason we run out of colour or our supplier is out of stock we will contact you to offer other colour options.

Refund Policy

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If your item/s arrived damaged please keep everything including the box, slip and all contents including wrapping and contact us as soon as possible.

Personalised items won’t be refunded.

If for some reason we are unable to complete your order we will offer you a refund if a replacement item cannot be agreed upon.

Please note that we will not replace items that are broken after purchase caused by carelessness. Even items that are stated as “toys” are not intended for small children.

Due to the temperament of a 3D printer, no two prints are alike. There will almost always be minor imperfections during the printing process. Small lines, defects or strings may appear on the final product, especially with any silk or special colours. We will always do our best to minimise these as much as possible to give you a good quality product that you love.
