Handstamped Jewellery:

With handstamped jewellery every letter and number is individually stamped using a hammer.  As this is done by hand there will often be slight variation in depth, and position of letters/numbers.  This is what makes each piece unique.  It is considered part of the charm and character of handstamped jewellery and not a defect.  Handstamping is very different from engraving which is a much more uniform finish.

Refunds & Returns:

As your order has been made just for you, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.  No refunds will be given.  The only exception is if we have made a spelling mistake or similar.  Please check all your spelling and dates when you send in an order, if you make a mistake and we have commenced your order, it can’t be ‘fixed’ – once it is stamped on there – it is there forever.  If we make a mistake on your order, you may return it to us and we will remake the item for you at no cost to yourself.  Any items that are faulty or break within 6 months after ‘normal’ use will be replaced or refunded.  No refunds for ‘change of mind’.  If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase you may cancel you order (provided it has not been started).  Your payment will be refunded less a $10 administration/cancellation fee.

Postage:

Postage is via courier NZwide – Urban $6 and Rural $9.  We offer FREE NZ shipping on purchases over $100.

All items are sent with signature required and full tracking, and you should receive an email from Parcelwings Couriers with the tracking link when your parcel is created.  Parcelwings also couriers to PO Boxes, which will (obviously) not be signature required.

Images:

All orders are photographed before posting.  Images are property of KJdesigns and can be published onto KJdesigns Facebook page at my discretion.  If we are aware that the order is a gift we will wait until after the event to post the image.  If for some reason you would prefer the image of your order not to appear on our Facebook page, please let us know.

Privacy Policy:

KJdesigns will not share your details to any other party, without your express permission.  Information collected is for the sole purpose of your order and is stored securely on our website.   If you have signed up for our newsletter, you can opt out at any time.
