Vendor Biography

Kia Ora (Hi), I’m Angela aka Arjaye, from the Autumn Court, and late identified neurodiverse.

I live rural on a farm in Auckland New

Zealand. I learned how to knit at age 8 by my Great Grandmother. It became therapeutic as time went on and later on my passion and part of my recovery from eating disorders, depression and anxiety.

A few years ago it became therapeutic for my debilitating endometriosis, chronic illness and PTSD.

I create easy to understand patterns that are accessible for low vision, the print challenged and screen readers. These have also been checked for accessibility. These are inspired by nature and God’s Word through the stories and scriptures in the

bible.

“There is something amazing about starting with a ball of yarn and needles, creating alongside God and finding tranquillity along the way.”

I’m passionate about therapeutic knitting and using knitting for mindfulness and as a way to cope with life’s challenges and ups and downs through it all.

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:7 NIV

This is a safe and inclusive space for all makers. I monitor my website and social media, please keep this space safe. Any hate speech, racism is not tolerated.

Every pattern has been test knitted and tech edited to ensure there is no errors. Please contact me if you have any questions, full pattern support is offered on all patterns. I’d love to help you.

Thank you for supporting my small business and helping me to put food on the table for my family.

Hope you have a lovely day,

Faith, peace and love,

Arjaye
