Terms & Conditions

Bonny Bee reserves the right to modify, alter or update these terms & conditions without prior notice. Please remember that although the website is accessible 24 hours a day, there is not always someone in the office. This is not a shop, so coming around to browse isn’t an option. Sorry.

Description of Goods

Bonny Bee takes care to accurately describe the products. However, batches can vary, as every product is lovingly handmade. Bonny Bee products are for personal or use only and are not supplied for the purpose of re-selling.

Ordering

All orders are subject to availability. If a product is not available, you will be notified. All orders will be processed once payment is made. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct at time of ordering.
If you place an order outside office hours (10am – 3pm Monday to Friday), it will be dealt with the next working day. All prices are in $NZ and include GST..

Payment & Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (Goods & Service TAX) unless stated otherwise.  Prices are subject to change without notice. The price of goods is the price shown on the website when the order is confirmed.
It is exclusive of delivery charge. The goods are dispatched once payment is cleared and confirmed in Bonny Bee’s account.

Delivery

Prices for goods stated on our website are exclusive of any delivery charges.
Delivery is only to New Zealand addresses. Please provide your physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders will be automatically dispatched to the address provided at checkout, please ensure the correct shipping address is supplied. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. It may be possible for the courier company to redirect your order. Please contact the courier company directly to discuss your options.

Rural Deliveries

Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take one to two days longer as rural deliveries are handled by a third party.
Due to the nature of this network consignments to rural locations may be left without signature or proof of delivery.
As such, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been delivered to rural addresses. If the shipping address is rural delivery and the rural delivery fee has not been added at checkout, then the customer will be asked to deposit the rural delivery fee into the Bonny Bee bank account with customer order number as reference. This ensures the order can be delivered quickly, otherwise email us to advise a non-rural address if preferred.

 Domestic Delivery Charges

Urban $6.00 per order
Rural $9.00 per order

Once order has been received and payment cleared, we will do our best to ship out within 2 working days.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products stocked, Bonny Bee is unable to accept returns. Please check ingredient labels and get in touch if you have any questions or queries pre-purchase. Thank you.

In the event of goods delivered damaged, please do not sign for them upon delivery. Contact Bonny Bee within 5 days from the delivery date and the item will be exchanged (if any product remains in stock or to other products available by arrangement) within 10 days and will contact the courier company to investigate. In any case, please contact us at bonnybee@xtra.co.nz

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no charge if the goods are not yet dispatched for delivery.  If goods are dispatched, you will incur the cost of shipping them back to us. To cancel your order please contact us ASAP in writing to bonnybee@xtra.co.nz
