Delivery of Physical Goods
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will usually confirm receipt of your order within the business day. We will attempt to send you your
orders within 2-3 working days; however, if goods are unavailable or delivery will be delayed, we will advise you of your order’s ETA.

Delivery of Digital Goods
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will usually confirm receipt of your order within the business day. We will attempt to email you your software/license/access code order within 1- 3 working days. If the digital software/license/access code is unavailable or delivery will be delayed, we will advise you of your order’s ETA.

Refund Policy
In instances where your purchase doesn’t satisfy you, you can get in touch with our sales team one (1) day after receiving the items physically. You can send us your return and refund request at productteam@softvire.co.nz within the allowed time so we can resolve the problem.
This refund policy does not apply to goods that have been used or damaged if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken after delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition. Please note that this refund policy does not apply to digital, electronic, or ESD products. Digital keys/licenses are considered USED once delivered via email. This follows that we have, in any way, no means to verify whether the key has already been activated/redeemed by the customer or not.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you return the product via Registered post and pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft, or damaged goods during transit, and therefore advise you to avail and register your shipment for insurance with your postal carrier. Softvire Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
