Peace Pillow Connect™Designed by a practising Osteopath, Peace Pillow Connect’s™ cutaway design allows the shoulder/s to slide under the pillow and the front edge to cradle the neck. The memory foam at first crushes down then rebounds gently, moulding to your shape and supporting the neck. There is a small curve in the middle of the leading edge for back sleeping. The Connect pad can be used to raise the height of the pillow for those with broader shoulders.

Side SleepersLie on your side in a foetal position with your knees together and bent comfortably.The raised neck roll of the Peace Pillow should be directly under your neck and the lower shoulder is tucked under the front edge of the pillow.Your head will rest beyond the neck roll and the memory foam of the Peace Pillow will mould to your shape.
Back SleepersLie with your head on the lower flat part of the Peace Pillow with the raised edge under the neck.Allow your shoulders to slide up into the space under the pillow to sit comfortably and free of tension.To get the maximum support we suggest shrugging your shoulders gently several times to ensure they are fully relaxed and tucked deeply under the roll.
Front SleepersLie on your side and turn the Peace Pillow 45 degrees down the bed.Now straighten your bottom leg and bend the top one so your pelvis rolls forward. Next move the bottom shoulder back, so the arm lies out behind you.Your upper shoulder and arm will naturally drop forward.

Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
