Your garment is carefully crafted using a mix of new and recycled components, flaws and quirks are intentionally part of the design.
I take a great deal of time and care over every piece, and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Just in case something goes wrong, please note:

You have 7 working days from delivery date to notify me of a problem.

There is no refund for change of mind, or for an item not fitting after accurate measurements were provided.

If an item arrives substantially different to the description, please contact me straight away, and we’ll figure out what went wrong.

If the item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, with as much information as possible, we’ll work together with the courier to sort it out.

If delivery is smooth and the item is fabulous, feel free to let me know!
