The delicate All My Love Pendant features little discs (13mm) handstamped with your loved ones initials.
It is perfect for your children’s or grandchildren’s initials, and a lovely way of keeping them close to your heart. We can also add their dates of birth around the outside if you like this look, or even their name in a small font – depending on the length this can go across the disc, or around the edge.
You can choose from Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass or Aluminium discs – or a mix of all 3. If you choose a mix, when you add your details to personalise if you put the metal you want with the initial etc, ie : Copper – S, Brass – B, Stainless – D
The disc’s come on a 51cm stainless steel rolo chain, which is hypoallergenic, and won’t rust or tarnish.
As this necklace will be custom made for you, please allow up to 7 working days. The necklace will be sent to you via NZ Couriers, who deliver NZwide.
The art of handstamping means that every imprint is made using a specially made stamp, and a hammer. It is an artisan look, the imperfections making the design unique and perfect for you.

Shipping Policy
All our products are couriered via ParcelWings NZwide.
All items are sent signature required and full tracking, and you should receive an email from Parcelwings Couriers with the tracking link when your parcel is created. Parcelwings also couriers to PO Boxes, which will (obviously) not be signature required.
Refund Policy
As your order has been made just for you, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. No refunds will be given. The only exception is if we have made a spelling mistake or similar. Please check all your spelling and dates when you send in an order, if you make a mistake and we have commenced your order, it can't be 'fixed' - once it is stamped on there - it is there forever. If we make a mistake on your order, you may return it to us and we will remake the item for you at no cost to yourself. Any items that are faulty or break within 6 months after 'normal' use will be replaced or refunded. No refunds for 'change of mind'. If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase you may cancel you order (provided it has not been started). Your payment will be refunded less a $10 administration/cancellation fee.

Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
