All items are handmade and may show slight variations in colour, texture, or placement of features: this is part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.
Orders are made/packed with care and ship within 1-3 business days via NZ Post/CourierPost. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
As each item is handmade, refunds aren’t offered for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Sensory blankets contain small parts and attachments: recommended for supervised use with young children.
