Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection.

 

Warranties and guarantees

Edens Elephants and more is a New Zealand company.

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item we will meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to contact us immediately if  there are any issues.

We cannot process a return for a faulty item if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault.

While we do our best to be accurate, we are only human and mistakes may be made.  If you believe a product does not match the description provided, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to rectify the situation.

Please note pictures are indicative only. Patterns on some fabrics may vary slightly due to cutting requirements.

 

My order has arrived and its faulty! Now what do I do?

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately within 14 days to discuss.
Please provide photos of the damaged or faulty item.
Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to contact us immediately if there are any issues.
We cannot process a return for a faulty item if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault .
If the item is deemed faulty we will meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will offer a replacement if we have a replacement in stock, credit or refund once we have received the returned item.

 

Shipping.

Shipping is NZ wide only.

We aim to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Once we’ve shipped, you’re at the mercy of the courier! However, we do aim for 1-3 days delivery within NZ once shipped.
Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please ensure the address you provide is a safe one and is easy to find.
