Many years ago my Nana (Florence aka Marie) gave me a hand towel for one of my birthdays. This one gift has kept on giving as since then I have made myself and my family many more of these hand towels. Such a great practical gift I decided I would make these a staple of the Florence & Neville collection. No more wiping your hands on the tea towel intended for drying dishes!
They are made using store brought grey towels (some light grey some dark grey – stock varies) that are then topped with a selection of cotton fabrics. The front has patterned fabric they are then backed with black drill and fasten using velcro. Pattern placement may vary. The printed fabrics in this listing have a fishing theme.
Warm gentle machine wash. Do not soak, bleach or use fabric softener. Line dry in the shade for best results.
Shipping usually takes approximately 4-7 days. Delays may occur during weather events or holiday periods.

Refund Policy

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our product has been listed incorrectly, damaged, is faulty or is unusable for the purpose described.
Florence & Neville will refund or exchange your unused item within 7 days of receipt if returned undamaged.
Change of mind - Florence & Neville do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind so please choose carefully. Feel free to ask any questions to help with your selection.

Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
