Description

If you’d like to use your own image or logo for edible printing, please email to michelle@lollipoplane.nz with your full name and order number. Otherwise, you can just describe your theme, colour scheme and any wording you might like in the order notes and leave the rest to us!

All of our Custom Pops are made to order, 5cm Diameter, Individually wrapped in Cello Bags and Hand-Tied with a matching Ribbon Bow.

Don’t see the flavour you want? Just ask… you’d be surprised at what we can achieve!

Custom designed lollipops at $6 per lollipop for a quantity of 10 or more.

Please make sure you enter the number of lollipops you need and update the cart before checking out.

There are discounted prices for orders above 50 pops – please contact us to discuss.

Shipping Policy

Delivery

All our Lollipops are handmade to order; We therefore require 5-10 working days before your order is dispatched to you.

If you would like to place a bulk order for more than 50 lollipops, please contact us to discuss delivery date.

Shipping

We currently only offer delivery within New Zealand. All orders up to the value of NZ$75 will be sent by NZ Post, orders above this value will be sent via courier for next day delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your order, if there are any problems.


 

Refund Policy

Cancellations

Orders cancelled more than 4 weeks before the delivery date will receive a 75% refund. Refunds will not be given to cancellations within 4 weeks of the delivery date.

Return & Refund Policy

When shopping on our marketplace, you purchase directly from small kiwi businesses using our platform (see our Terms and Conditions). 

Please note that the below policy is what we will expect from our vendors – they are however able to edit and publish their own Returns and Refund policy on their store page. 

A vendor’s policy will always supercede the below.

Returns

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.

Refunds

Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.

Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.

They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.

If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe. 

If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
