Your vendor dashboard offers you many stats; most viewed products, top selling products, sales analytics and more

Within your dashboard you can set up shipping for your business’ products, you have full control over your shipping settings.

As well as shipping, you have full control over the orders your business receives; the payments of orders go straight to your Stripe account* and you can communicate directly with your customer regarding the order from within your vendor dashboard.

* unless you have not connected your Hive Store to your Stripe account, in which case, you will be paid to your bank account (minus admin fee)

Customers are able to leave reviews about your products AND your business directly on the website – this is monitored by our admin team.

As mentioned above; this is a FREE contract; you do not pay a fee to join. There is however a success fee of 15% on your sales as well as the fee charged by the payment portal used by the customer.

Your business will be added to the ‘Vendor List’ on our website*. This will link to your Hive Store page.

We require your Hive store page to have active listings within a 2 week period of joining.

You will have the ability to write your ‘about’ section as well as add your own banner, logo, Terms & Conditions, return policy, etc. The more you add; the more tabs customers see on your Hive store page.

Within your settings, you can link up to your social media, which will then show on top of the cover image of your Hive Store page.

We welcome any type of listing and any type of (legal) product on The Hive NZ. This means you can list services, digital products as well as physical products – with a limit of 15 listings per store page. As long as your small business is located in New Zealand; you can list on The Hive NZ. 

You will need to renew your plan every 3 months BUT you can stay a Bumble Bee for as long as you want!

Unlike other platforms, we do not charge a listing fee, no extra fees to add categories (you can add up to 5 per product) or fees for extra images and because your listing stays live for as long as YOU want, there is no re-listing fee either.

Create your own custom options to your listings – perfect if you custom make products –  no extra fees!!

You have to ability to list your products AND edit them whenever you want. Your product listing will then go to ADMIN for approval.

You can however buy an upgrade to become what we call ‘pre-approved’ – buy this upgrade from our Hive Grow Store.

You can add ‘related products’ to your product listings, we reserve the right to edit these and add products by other businesses on the website.

Should you be noticed with an exceptional product or business, you might be privileged to experience the affect our promotions have.

You can buy addons to your contract from our Hive Grow Store, perfect if you want to promote a new product to a bigger audience or need a little boost for your business.
