DIY peg doll kits are a great way to encourage your childs creativity.
I made my first peg doll when I was a small child and ever since I have had a love for wooden pegs. Each Florence & Neville peg doll kit comes with two peg dolls that have cute hand painted faces and are ready to decorate. No instructions necessary just use your imagination. Included in the kit is a variety of fabric, embellishments. two knotted pieces of string for the arms and yarn to complete your dolls. Each kit differs as left over bits and pieces are used. Use hot glue for best results but other craft glue will do. In the images there are some sample pictures of peg dolls you could create with your kit.
Recommended for ages 4+ due to small parts and use of glue/hot glue gun.
When purchasing if you have a colour preference (ie purple) please let us know as all kits differ otherwise kit will be sent at random.

Shipping Policy
Florence & Neville aims to send your order as soon as possible once payment has been received. Typically this is within 3 working days if items are in stock (this will be noted on each individual listing).
If you have ordered a personalised item, each listing will state the time it may take to complete your order.
All orders are couriered and you will receive tracking details once your order has been sent.
Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality of each piece in our range.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our product has been listed incorrectly, damaged, is faulty or is unusable for the purpose described.
Florence & Neville will refund or exchange your unused item within 7 days of receipt if returned undamaged.
Change of mind - Florence & Neville do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind so please choose carefully. Feel free to ask any questions to help with your selection.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
