Good looking long sleeve dress.  Has pink spot marks on cuff button however has a lot of life left.  Great solid dress.  Please see photos.

Pertikau Workshop uses Trade Me Courier Services which are NZ Post & Aramex tracking services to safely deliver items across New Zealand at an economical price for you. At any time you can contact the courier service with the tracking number for updates.

Couriers will only deliver to street addresses (no PO Boxes).
Courier services may take 2-5 business days for delivery.
Please choose correctly as the incorrect choice may lead to delays.

You have 7 working days or sooner to initiate written contact to Pertikau Workshop via email to be eligible to request a return and refund from the date that you have received the item (this will be the delivered date on the courier tracking information).

Email must have:
• Details of purchaser, item purchased, details of sale (if any of these do not match with the item on file then this may delay the process)
• Reason for Returned.

Pertikau Workshop must contact you within 7 working days or sooner of receiving the email notification to confirm request received to keep communication open for an agreed remedy.

Remedy:
As the items sold are one off individual items, there will be no remedy of a replacement for the exact item however you can choose from the following:

One replacement item of the same value of the returned item only. Shipping of this item to be paid by Pertikau Workshop.
Or
Refund of initial payment of item minus original shipping cost (shipping costs are non-refundable).

(The Remedy will only be given back to the initial purchaser & refund via bank to bank transaction. No cash transactions and No third party payments)

Once the returned item is received by Pertikau Workshop and inspected to match the issue detailed in the Reason for Return, Pertikau Workshop will then initiate agreed Remedy of a replacement or refund. Notification of completion will be emailed to you.

Shipping
When returning an item to Pertikau Workshop you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We strive to complete these matters as soon as possible within reasonable time.
