Sometimes I have beautiful plants that are looking for a home but haven’t made it onto a formal listing yet—or perhaps I have a few too many of a particular favourite! If you’re feeling adventurous or just want to treat yourself (or a friend) to a “lucky dip,” this is for you.
What you might get:

Total Surprise: It could be anything from a hardy perennial or a succulent to a unique bog plant.

The $20 Lucky Dip: I’ll hand-pick a selection based on what’s looking its absolute best. Depending on the variety, this might be one larger, more established specimen or a couple of smaller, unique plants. I always make sure the plants you receive are worth more than the $20 price tag!

Quality Guaranteed: Even though it’s a mystery, it will always be a generous, healthy specimen ready to grow. No “clearance” dregs here!

Great for Gifts: These make a fun add-on if you’re already buying a gift voucher or another plant.
Shipping: Just like my other plants, these are posted out on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure they don’t spend the weekend in a courier bag.
Note: If you have a specific spot in your garden (like a damp corner or a sunny rockery), feel free to let me know in the notes and I’ll try my best to pick something that fits!

Return & Refund Policy
Returns are considered on a case basis.
If it is a plant and you have indicated that it arrived at your place with problems, then please do contact me to discuss more. I do supply simple guidelines for potting newly purchased plants, so I hope you have followed my suggestions. A photo of the plant is recommended as soon as you see any issues.

Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the issue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
