Orders are typically processed 2-3 within business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
All orders are shipped from our location in Papamoa, Tauranga and are sent via Pass the Parcel or NZ Post. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your parcel has been collected from us.
Delivery timeframes are typically 1–2 business days, however please note these are estimates only.
While we do our very best to get your order on its way promptly, courier delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or busy periods (such as public holidays and peak seasons). Once your parcel has left us, delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside of our control.
If we’re aware of any delays at the time of dispatch, we’ll always do our best to keep you in the loop.

Because all YarnsEnd Creations items are handmade, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
That said — if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll absolutely work with you to make it right.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In the same condition as received
Unused and unworn
In their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior approval unfortunately can’t be accepted.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

Please note that the below policy is what we will expect from our vendors – they are however able to edit and publish their own Returns and Refund policy on their store page.

Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
