This Letter Wordkit is for 5 Embroidered Letters with iron-on backing from our Iron-on WordKit Collection. You choose the 5 “Letters” you want from across the various Embroidery collections. Provide as much information as you can about the letters you would like. Type the word you want first then provide details of the Embroidery collection of each letter.
e.g. Apple “A”=simple denim “pple”=goldmine-black
We will interpret that to mean the Letter “A” from the Simple Denim Collection. With the remaining letters from our Goldmine Collection -colour:black
We’ll select your letters and package up your selection with a guide sheet for a proposed layout and a simple set of instructions.

Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. We ship via NZ Post who aim to deliver within 3 working days from dispatch, in accordance with your area NZPO delivery days.
Please expect 1 - 2 days extra for Rural addresses.
If you select Priority Courier we will give your purchase PRIORITY to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.
Overseas: orders are NZ Post Tracked Service. Target delivery is 3-10 working days.
Refund Policy
We will repair or replace any faulty products or products that are damaged in transit.
Please contact us with 7 days of receiving your item, or of the fault becoming apparent, to arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
We will require the item to be sent back to us, and will cover the cost of return shipping.
Because of the one-off nature of many of our products we may not be able to offer a replacement that is exactly the same as your original.
We cannot give refunds for change of mind. If there is any issue with the size or colour of the item, please contact us to discuss further and an exchange or return/refund will be agreed at our discretion.

Please note that the below policy is what we will expect from our vendors – they are however able to edit and publish their own Returns and Refund policy on their store page.
A vendor’s policy will always supercede the below.
Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
