The WiseAdmin 1-Hour Business Consultation is designed for small-business owners who know something in their business could be easier, but may not know what type of system they need.

During the one-hour consultation, we will talk through the main admin, workflow or business-process problem you want to improve and discuss how you are currently handling it.

The aim is to understand your needs well enough to identify the most appropriate next step.

During the consultation we can discuss:

1. the main problem or process causing frustration;
2. how you are currently managing it;
3. what you would like the process to do better;
4. whether your needs are likely to suit a Starter Business Solution, Small Business System or Custom Build;
5. what information may be needed before a project can be quoted.

What this consultation does not include

The consultation is an initial discussion rather than a full business-process audit or detailed system design. Complex projects may require further scoping before a final quote can be prepared.

What happens next

If a suitable WiseAdmin solution is identified, the next stage will be discussed with you. Depending on the project, this may be a Starter Business Solution, Small Business System, Custom Build or further scoping.

If you proceed with a WiseAdmin project, the $99 consultation fee will be credited toward the agreed project cost.
