The Story Behind the Balm
Every batch starts with fresh comfrey, sun-steeped for 3–4 weeks in a blend of organic oils. This slow, traditional process draws out the maximum healing potency of the comfrey plant — known for centuries as “knitbone” for its remarkable ability to soothe inflammation and support tissue repair. Comfrey is also known as Knitbone.
Once steeped, the oils are blended with rich shea and cocoa butters, pure beeswax, and a therapeutic trio of lavender, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils — a combination the Arthritis Foundation found helped reduce pain in clinical research. Vitamin E and wheatgerm oil finish the formula, nourishing and protecting your skin.
No shortcuts. No nasties. Just nature, time and care. (6 weeks of care)
