No artificial additives, colours, or preservatives.
Scientific research and clinical evidence shows:
Sunflower seed oil moisturises and relieves dry, red, itchy and irritated skin. Helps heal wounds.
- Grape seed oil is lightweight and easily absorbed. Soothes and nourishes damaged cat skin. Does not clog the pores of acne-prone cat skin.
- Beeswax softens and protects dry, cracked, irritated, or wounded skin. Does not clog the pores of acne-prone cat skin.
- Fractionated coconut oil is light and easily absorbed. It moisturizes, calms, and protects dry, or damaged cat skin.
- Shea butter helps alleviate dryness and itching and promotes wound healing.
- Manuka honey and honeydew honey have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, wound healing, and anti-itch properties.
- Marigold is a gentle botanical with skin-calming and wound-healing properties.
- Blackcurrant seed oil helps repair, moisturise and protect the skin barrier. It soothes the skin and calms redness, irritation, and itching.
- Sea buckthorn oil protects skin barrier function, soothes irritated skin and accelerates wound healing.
- Vitamin E helps keep the skin moisturised and healthy and promotes wound healing.

Standard shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you are located in a rural area, you must choose the rural delivery option.
If the incorrect shipping option is selected, Zest Paw Life reserves the right to hold or cancel the order until the correct postage amount has been paid. We will contact you to arrange payment of the difference if necessary.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cheryl@zestpawlife.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, opened, or used items. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
Allergies or Reactions
All ingredients are listed on each product page. If your pet has known sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredients carefully before ordering. We do not offer refunds for adverse reactions unless a product fault is identified.
Return Shipping
In cases where a return is accepted, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (if applicable) and confirm eligibility, your refund will be processed within 5 working days via your original payment method.

Returns
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your returns, proof of damage/issue (or subsequent refund) need to be sorted between you and the vendor you bought the item from.
Refunds
Refunds are only given AFTER the vendor has been given the chance to replace your item at their cost.
Once the vendor receives your item or has received proof of the isue, they will inspect it and if applicable, notify you that they have received your returned item.
They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item/your proof.
If your issue is confirmed by the vendor, they will replace your item within an appropriate timeframe.
If replacement is impossible they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
When returning an item to a vendor, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original order shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
